Our services
The plans described on this site (WebDoc, ContentDoc, GrowthDoc and ClinicScale) explain the kind of work we do. They are not a binding offer. Every engagement is agreed in a written proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms. If the proposal and this page differ, the proposal wins.
Third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, advertising budgets, photography, videography and software are separate unless the proposal says they are included.
No guaranteed results
We work carefully and ethically, but we cannot promise a particular number of patients, enquiries, followers, reviews or search rankings. Results depend on many things outside our control, including search engines, social platforms and your practice itself.

Medical content and professional rules
Nothing on this site is medical advice. We create content to inform and educate patients, never to replace a consultation.
We follow Indian medical advertising norms: no guaranteed outcomes, no misleading claims, and no patient photos or testimonials without written consent. As a registered practitioner or institution, you remain responsible for the accuracy of clinical information and for following the rules of the National Medical Commission and any other body that regulates you. We will flag anything we believe may breach these rules, and we may decline to publish it.
Ownership
The design, text, graphics and code of this site belong to Clinivo Media. You may share links to it, but please don't copy or reuse it without permission.
Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each proposal. Unless agreed otherwise, once the relevant fees are paid, you own the final website content, posts and brand assets made for your practice.
Liability
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Links to other websites, such as WhatsApp or Instagram, are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.
To the extent the law allows, Clinivo Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction over Clinivo Media's place of business.
