Who we are
Clinivo Media ("we", "us") builds and manages websites, social media and Google profiles for doctors, clinics and hospitals in India. This policy explains what happens to the information you share with us through clinivomedia.asauvia.com, and the choices you have. We wrote it to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Consultation form. Your name, phone or WhatsApp number, city, and anything else you choose to add: email, clinic name, the plan you are interested in, and your message.
- Digital health check. Your answers stay in your browser. We only receive them if you choose to add the report to the consultation form or send it on WhatsApp.
- Messages and calls. If you call, email or WhatsApp us, we receive what you send and your contact details.
- Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, device type, approximate location (city level) and how you arrived. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address, browser and time of request) to keep the site secure and working.
Please don't send patient information. The form is for your practice, not your patients. Do not include patient names, health records or photos.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation call.
- To prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site (only if you accepted analytics).
- To protect the site from spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.
We process your details because you gave them to us and agreed to be contacted. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
We only share information with service providers who help us run the site and our business, under their own privacy and security terms:
- Hostinger, which hosts the website and handles email delivery.
- Google, for email (Gmail) and, if you accept, Google Analytics. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you visit.
- jsDelivr, a content network that delivers some of the code that powers the site's animations. It receives your IP address when you visit.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only when you choose to message us there.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside India; we only use providers with recognised safeguards.
Cookies
The site stores one small item in your browser to remember your cookie choice. It does not set any other cookies unless you click Accept analytics, which allows Google Analytics cookies (named _ga) for up to 14 months. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page; rejecting removes these cookies.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: deleted within 24 months.
- Client records: kept for the length of our engagement and as long afterwards as tax and legal rules require.
- Analytics data: kept for 14 months, then deleted automatically by Google.
- Spam-protection records: an anonymised code for your connection, deleted after one hour.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
- withdraw your consent, for example to analytics or to being contacted;
- nominate someone to act for you.
Write to us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and spam protection. No website can be completely secure, so please share only what is needed.
This site is meant for healthcare professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.
